About Ithil
The company is aiming at changing the way people trade right now by opening a new range of investment opportunities. We started a few months ago with a simple goal: help make people earn more, in a more decentralised way. We offer a set of risk- adjusted investment strategies for users to play with, ranging from margin trading, leveraged staking on Yearn and dexes to more exotic ones like a win-win strategy on PoolTogether. We ship a lot of code to help in this goal and we're excited about continuing to grow the team this year.
Ithil is looking for a stellar individual to join our team as a lead marketing strategist. This role consists in planning social media campaigns, creating contents and letting people know about the great things we are building and planning to release. Addressing the community from day 1, reaching to key influencers and builders in the space and growing a thriving fanbase to support the protocol and take part in its governance.
Your P&L will be your results, how well you're engaging the community, building new partnerships and gathering feedback. We strongly believe in a blended approach where it is the community the first and foremost advisor, steering the wheel towards the final version of the product.
OUR CURRENT SETUP CONSISTS OF
- Twitter and Discord for communications, Medium for blog posts
- Jira as our checklist/todo/management tool
- Daily standups and communication via Discord and Google Meet
- A in-house designer for all graphical elements needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND THINGS THAT WILL MAKE YOU GREAT FOR THIS ROLE
- Able to write clear and concise blog posts, press releases and develop social media outreach campaigns given a certain objective to pursue
- Ability to engage with the public in bullish and bearish market conditions
- Experience in working with web3 companies and DAOs
- Be receptive to feedback and be good at giving it. Be a good team player
